Solo, Growth and Scale run the same Yardstick: fleet, bookings, storefront, agreements, ID checks, inspections, invoices and accounting sync. Plans differ by how many people, locations, AI Damage Checks and ID verifications you need each month.

Nothing in the day-to-day is held back for a higher tier. Plans differ by capacity, not by what you can do.
Growing with Yardstick
Everything is unlimited except AI Damage Checks and ID verifications, which cost us money every time they run. Running out of either never stops a booking, a return or an invoice.
Move up a plan when your team or locations outgrow it, and down whenever you like. Bookings and data never move.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance. Running out never stops a return: photos are still recorded and your team inspects by hand.
Photo ID and selfie checks run through Stripe Identity when your rules call for them. Stripe handles the images; Yardstick never receives them.

Good to know
These are our current prices, and the plan you choose shows its price in the app before you subscribe. If we ever raise the price of your plan, existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email, the new price applies from your first renewal after that notice, and it never applies to a billing period you've already paid for.
Only the price and how often you pay: about 20% less, charged once a year. Your monthly allowances for AI Damage Checks and ID verifications still reset every month.
Create your account, pick a plan in the app and pay by card through Stripe, monthly or annually. Owners and managers manage the subscription from inside Yardstick and can move up or down from the subscription settings; existing bookings and data are never affected. Prices are in US dollars, excluding taxes.
Anyone with an Owner, Manager or Staff login on your account, plus invites that haven't been accepted yet. Deactivated teammates don't count, and renters never do.
Everything else keeps working. Returns are still recorded with their photos and your team can inspect by hand; the automated comparison resumes when your month renews. Top-up packs aren't available yet.
Each plan includes a number of Stripe Identity verifications a month: 10 on Solo, 25 on Growth, 50 on Scale. Charging for verifications beyond that isn't switched on yet; when it is, they'll cost $2 each, up to a monthly cap you set, and you can always verify ID in person at pickup instead.
Scale includes 3 locations. Solo and Growth include 1. Extra locations aren't available yet; when they are, Growth will be able to add up to 2 more at $49 a month each and Scale more at $39 a month each. Archived locations keep their history and don't count.
Not yet. Online card payments and deposit holds are coming soon. Today payments and deposits are recorded at your counter and tracked on the booking.
